overcooked and mashed pasta or spaghetti (it will be the same once it's mashed)

runny oatmeal

cream of wheat

Meats and Legumes

pureed meatloaf

pureed spam

mashed up overcooked tofu (cooked with soy sauce or something to make it taste good)

mashed or pureed refried beans (with or without melted cheddar cheese)

plain humus

extremely soft scrambled eggs (cooked with tons of milk and swallowed whole in chunks - sorry, no chewing)

diluted tuna

chicken broth (without the chicken)

Dairy

Milk (regular, soy, chocolate - so many choices!)
 
Yogurt (again, many choices)
 
ice cream (yes, this is a dessert, but you're recovering, you deserve to eat whatever you want!)

Vegetables

split pea soup
 
tomato soup
 
pureed broccoli
 
pureed carrots
 
pureed spinach
 
baby food (it's not horrible)
 

Fruits

applesauce
 
watermelon (or any type of melon) soup
 
fruit juices (especially prune juice for you-know-what after surgery)

Desserts

milkshakes
 
smoothies
 
rootbeer floats

Dining Out

KFC mashed potatoes
 
Taco Bell/Time, etc. burrito innards
 
Wendy's frosties

Ensure
lots and lots of it
